Questions about pricing
Do I need a card for the free request?
No. All sourcing requests are free during workload testing, with no card required and no request-count limit.
What does the free request include?
Full sourcing through to a supplier recommendation: the brief, supplier discovery, RFQs, quote comparison, and a reviewed recommendation.
What if no suitable supplier is found?
You aren't charged for that request. The same applies if you cancel before any RFQs are sent.
Is Acu Envoy charged as a separate request?
No. Envoy continues the same sourcing need. It does add workflow depth, which is one of the factors in your monthly price.
Does AcuSpend place orders or pay suppliers?
No. AcuSpend prepares the work and records your decision. You place the order with the supplier directly.
